Privacy statement
This site collects personal data in one place only: the contact form. There is no tracking, there are no analytics and there are no cookies.
Who is responsible

What is collected, and when
Only what you type into the contact form, plus two technical details the server records with it:

The IP address serves one purpose: limiting how often the form can be submitted, which is what keeps automated spam out. It travels along in the resulting email and is not stored separately.
Why
To answer the question you asked. The legal basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us, and replying is what you expect. Your details are never used for marketing, never added to a mailing list and never sold or shared for commercial purposes.
Who else sees it
One party. Your message is delivered by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France), which acts as a processor on our behalf. Brevo operates within the European Economic Area, so your data is not transferred outside the EEA.
The message then arrives in our regular mailbox, hosted by Google Workspace.
How long it is kept
24 months after our last contact with you. Enquiries older than that are deleted. A tooling project often runs for more than a year, so this leaves room to find an earlier request if you come back to us, without keeping data indefinitely.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, loads no analytics and contains no tracking scripts or social media widgets. Nothing is loaded from another domain. Nobody follows you here.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can also object to us processing it. Email info@moldsolutions.nl and you will get an answer within a month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle that, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. The contact form posts to our own server, which relays it onwards — your details are not handed to a third-party form service.
